Mento Labs LLC develops and operates SimpliMaya and the Maya service. Maya is designed for company work. We collect account, workspace, conversation, integration, and audit information needed to provide the service, secure each tenant, and show what Maya did.
Connected services
When you connect a service such as Google Workspace or Slack, Maya accesses only the scopes you authorize. Credentials are stored server-side and are not exposed to the browser or model. You can disconnect integrations from Maya.
How work data is used
Workspace data is used to complete authorized tasks, maintain conversation and work history, enforce approvals, troubleshoot failures, and protect the service. Tenant identifiers are mandatory on persisted business records.
Product adoption and operational reporting
We use account, company, onboarding, connection, Skill and task records to understand signups, setup completion, activation, repeat use and service reliability. This reporting uses records Maya already maintains to provide the service; it does not depend on optional browser tracking. Known internal and demo accounts are excluded from growth metrics. Scheduled work is measured separately from human engagement.
Optional analytics and marketing
With your permission, first-party product analytics records screens visited, active session time, browser/device categories, campaign labels, and approximate country/city derived by AWS from the connection IP. Maya’s growth dataset does not store raw IP addresses, precise GPS coordinates, prompts, email contents or connected business records. IP-derived locations can be inaccurate and do not establish your residence. Optional usage events and sessions expire after 90 days. No analytics prompt is shown at sign-in. Optional browser tracking stays off unless you enable it in Settings → Privacy & preferences; turning usage analytics off deletes your recorded optional events and sessions. Marketing email permission is separate and off by default. Infrastructure security logs are separate from these analytics.
Control and retention
Workspace administrators control membership and connected systems. Product controls for export, retention, and deletion will be documented before general availability.
