The Maya service is provided by Mento Labs LLC under the SimpliMaya brand. These draft terms describe the intended operation of the Maya preview. By using the preview, you are responsible for the data, accounts, and connected services you authorize Maya to access.

Preview service

Maya may be changed, suspended, or discontinued during the preview. Outputs should be reviewed before they are relied upon for material business, legal, financial, employment, or safety decisions.

Authorized use

You must have permission to connect each account and provide each file or repository. You may not use Maya to violate law, security controls, intellectual-property rights, or another person’s privacy.

Actions and approvals

Maya is designed to request approval for sensitive external actions. You remain responsible for reviewing and authorizing those actions and for maintaining appropriate human oversight.
