Maya Help Center
Maya is an AI employee that works across the systems your business already uses. It finds what matters, explains why, produces evidence-backed work, and safely owns recurring outcomes.
BUSINESS VALUE
See delivery risks, customer issues, cash concerns, and important changes in one prioritized view.
Convert a useful investigation into a task that runs on your schedule.
Important conclusions retain evidence, source health, and data-freshness context.
THE MAYA MODEL
Describe a question or outcome in ordinary business language.
Grant scoped access to the systems Maya needs—never more.
Maya reviews information across sources and resolves conflicts.
Receive a crisp result with priorities, recommendations, and evidence.
Schedule the outcome and keep external actions approval-gated.
BUSINESS CONTEXT & SIGNALS
Maya recognizes important entities such as customers, opportunities, and invoices across reviewed datasets while your source systems remain authoritative.
Explicit, versioned rules evaluate fresh observations. A Signal is created only when the available evidence supports a condition that deserves attention.
Signals retain their supporting evidence, freshness, source health, and history. Repeated observations refresh the same Signal instead of creating noise.
PRODUCT GUIDE
FOR TECHNICAL AND SECURITY TEAMS
Work, credentials, artifacts, and execution are scoped to the active business workspace.
Reading and analysis can run automatically; consequential external actions require explicit approval.
Background work is queued, retryable, observable, and designed to recover from transient provider failures.
Results identify supporting records, unavailable sources, truncation, and freshness limitations.
Maya favors dedicated identities, narrow scopes, read-only access, and revocable credentials.
Execution details become decision-ready reports instead of exposing raw orchestration logs.
TECHNICAL DESIGN
CONNECTION GUIDES
CUSTOM CONNECTIONS
Provide the credential-free HTTPS API origin, one GET endpoint, its authentication method, and a small redacted JSON response. Never include secrets or personal data in the sample.
Maya proposes a dataset and field mapping. Deterministic policy pins the host, rejects write methods, limits pagination and response size, and tests the credential before activation.
The connection belongs only to your workspace. Credentials are encrypted server-side, are not entered into chat, and can be revoked when access is no longer needed.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Maya can only access the connected accounts, sources, and permissions your company explicitly grants. SimpliMaya does not copy or retain customers’ underlying source-system data. Maya processes authorized data as needed and stores only tenant-isolated operational metadata, evidence references, generated results, approvals, and audit history. Your source systems remain authoritative. Stored records are encrypted and separated by company; disconnecting or revoking a connector stops future access.
No. Reading and analysis can be automatic, while external messages and system changes require approval by default. Every task clearly states its boundaries.
A dashboard shows metrics you already modeled. Maya investigates across systems, explains what changed, identifies decisions, retains evidence, and can own the follow-up repeatedly.
A Signal is a durable, evidence-backed business condition that deserves attention—for example, a materially overdue invoice. Maya refreshes the same Signal as new evidence arrives, preserves its history, and avoids creating duplicate alerts for the same condition.
No. Your connected systems remain authoritative. Maya stores a scoped working context, evidence references, and time-bounded observations needed to explain findings, track meaningful conditions, and keep results consistent across runs.
Maya discloses unavailable, stale, partial, or truncated sources rather than implying they were reviewed. Provider failures are retried safely, and existing workspace data remains available during transient refresh issues.
Yes. Templates are examples, not limits. A business can describe the outcome it wants, choose its schedule and sources, set delivery, and define approval boundaries.
